1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VINAR TECH Platform Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

VINAR TECH provides a platform to:

• Request and manage Microsoft cloud subscriptions
• Provision tenants via authorized CSP partners
• Manage users and licenses through Microsoft Graph integration

3. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for your tenant and administrative access
• You must grant necessary Microsoft permissions for platform functionality

4. Request and Approval Process

All customer actions are request-based:

• New tenant creation
• Subscription purchase or modification
• User and license management

VINAR TECH reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject requests
• Validate submitted data before processing

5. Billing and Payments

• Payments must be made in advance before service provisioning
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or agreed cycle
• Renewal payments must be made before the billing due date
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or restricted access

6. Third-Party Services

Services are dependent on Microsoft Corporation and Crayon (CSP provider). VINAR TECH is not responsible for:

• Downtime or failures from third-party providers
• Changes in Microsoft policies or pricing

7. User Management Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for user account usage and data access control. VINAR TECH acts only as a management facilitator.

8. Limitation of Liability

VINAR TECH shall not be liable for:

• Data loss due to customer actions
• Service interruptions from external providers
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Terms are violated
• Suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
