VINAR TECH ("we", "our", "us") provides a platform service that enables customers to manage Microsoft cloud subscriptions, users, and related services through integrations with Microsoft and authorized partners such as Crayon.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Platform Service.

2. Information We Collect
  • 2.1 Customer Information

    We may collect company name, domain name, and contact details (name, email, phone).

  • 2.2 Microsoft Tenant Data

    With your consent, we may access tenant ID and organization details, user accounts (name, email, roles), and license assignments.

  • 2.3 Usage Data

    We collect requests submitted on the platform, subscription and billing activities, and system logs for audit and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provision Microsoft 365 tenants and subscriptions
  • Manage users and license assignments via Microsoft Graph API
  • Process service requests (new, upgrade, renewal)
  • Provide support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain audit logs for security and compliance
4. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  • Microsoft Corporation (for tenant and user management)
  • Crayon (authorized CSP provider for licensing)
  • Internal systems for billing and accounting

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure API integrations, access control and authentication, and logging and monitoring.

We retain data as long as your account is active, or as required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

  • Granting and managing Microsoft consent permissions
  • Ensuring accuracy of submitted data
8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Graph API and Crayon (CSP provider). Their respective privacy policies apply to their services.
